Sim Acct only option when I paid for data

Support - Hi I have paid for a data package and have a linked funded account. On Sierra there is no option besides NewTestAccount1234 and data is delayed. I've read through your entire help site numerous times at this point of many lost trading days is there any way to get me out of test acct and in real account? If not how do I ensure I am not paying for anymore of your services?

That is the exact same question I was asked when I said even though I activated services I could not get account out of SIM - again, I use AMP.

The reason we ask this is because from what you state, you are not connected to your live trading account. We can actually guarantee that this is the case.
