Denali + Rithmic (just order routing) No historical and live data

SC service package 12 Non-professional CME/CBOT/NYMEX COMEX data. Using Denali for data and Rithmic just for order routing. When I use SC Data - All Services I get a historical and live feed but when I switch to Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading) I don't get historical or live data. The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
