My Rithmic data is stuck at Fridays close. My Teton data works normally. I have disconnected and reconnected the data feed. I tried edit and translate symbols to current service. I deleted all data and downloaded new data. Can anybody help with this?

They may not have renewed due to an insufficient balance .

And also please be aware that you are seeing delayed data with Teton. Please do not make any trade decisions based on that data.

I have Denali 11. I pay for it automatically every month. It is set to renew May 3rd It's been set up this wat for quite a while. Why is my Teton delayed? I have an account with Phillips Capital. What the heck is going on here. I thought we squared this away last week. So frustrating.

So why is it set to renew May 3rd? I would like to have clarity to avoid future issues. My account panel says that I have Denali 11 and it renews May 3rd. It said that this morning when my service was not working.

There are two different items. One is your Sierra Chart Usage Time. This works on a 31 day cycle and renews based on when you started using Sierra Chart. This Usage Time is set to renew on May 2, 2023.

The other item are the exchange fees. These work on a calendar month basis and renew on the first day of each month. You had deactivated the exchanges, so they did not renew today (May 1, 2023).

Note that the "Full CME Group" exchange is already active.
