Rithmic connection error

hmtrader - Posts: 2
Connection to Apex server "Apex Chicago Area non-aggregated" with proper credentials is failing.
(Same credentials on NinjaTrader is working fine).

I have Denali data subscription, hence like to use Apex-Rithmic for order routing only.
I have followed all the instructions in:

I have also sent the log for analysis
