Sent payment on 04/26 as trial was ending on 04/30. Continued to recieve payment processing notification. Today is says usage time has ended. Please advise as i do not want to lose my Tpo chart that i have setup with numerous studies. Thank you |

I had chosen the service pack 11 - is this the correct level required for TPO charting and studies? I also would like to get live ES futures data\ but i have a TD trading account. I filled out some of the papers required for no-professional but then seemed to hit a snag Your advise greatly appreciated Thank you |

You still have not selected a package. But, you need to keep in mind that in order to get the data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect Sierra Chart at least once a month.
