Orders rejected -- account not authorized

When I connect to the "Trading Evaluator" in the trade simulator, all my orders are rejected due to my account is not authorized.
HOwever if I connect to the "SC DATA -- all services", this problem does not show up.
My account has subscribed to the Integrated SP10.
What can I do to rectify this problem? I attach a screenshot of the Trade Service Log for your reference.

Follow these instructions to setup an account in order to use the Trading Evaluator:

If you are using the Delayed Streaming data, then make sure you use the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed".

Hi John,
Thank you for your reply. "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" is working for me now.
But I have another problem.
When I tried to select "Interactive Brokers" for my trading service, the menu says it is not enabled on package. My package is SP10 which should support Interactive Brokers according to documentation.
How do I get it enabled? Please see the attached screenshot for detail.

Connections to external trading services require a paid Sierra Chart account.


Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update/Set" button.
