Clarification on accessing market depth using ACSIL

Is it correct in assuming that I would need to subscribe to level 2 data to access current market depth data through ACSIL? Will I also need to subscribe to level 2 data to work with historical market depth data that is currently saved in my computers MarketDepthData folder via ACSIL? |

No this is not necessary if you only require delayed or historical market depth data.
