Been using Barchart for US stock data (about $35/month). I got a message from you saying this has been deactivated in my account at the end of this month. Having read all the posts about your planned move away from Barchart to a new data feed, I cannot determine what, if anything, I need to do now to have access to equivalent realtime US stock data starting next month. I've been with you guys for 15 years and I love your product, so please excuse my confusion and advise me what to do. I'm happy to stick with Barchart until the replacement feed is ready, but I can't figure out if that's even possible or necessary now or whether everything is going to seamlessly switch over on May 1. Thanks in advance for your help ... |

You do not have to do anything. We will take care of this for you.
