1. Not sure what is meant by "Hanging". Please be more descriptive.

2. For the reloading problem, we will need to test your Chartbook you are using. Please provide it by following these steps here:

2. Below is the reason for the reloading problem. This is from the version 964 Release notes:
If an ACSIL (Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language) study function you are using makes a call to an sc. function that takes a copy of a Date-Time ( SCDateTime) type or returns one, then you will need to recompile and build a new DLL on this version or higher. Otherwise, there could be unexpected problems with the calling of these functions. If you did not develop the custom study, then you will need to contact the developer of it about this.

1. This "hanging" problem is also due to the reason we give in post #5. You will need to recompile custom studies you are using, on the newer versions.
