Missing data for the time when SC is not open on PC

Hello, since yesterday I am experiencing missing data when my Sierra Chart app is closed on my PC. ex: If I close it at 9am and reopen at 11am, it does not show any data from those 2 hours. I have denali feed and symbols are correct too. esm3.cme for /es. Please help me resolve this issue.

You are using Rithmic and this has been a known issue with Rithmic. Issues with historical data.
