ZB session times and daily change amount and %

In the attached screenshot of ZB, the session start times are set at 5:00 pm CST, when the market opens everyday, and I believe the tracking of daily change should begin. However, in the screenshot, it shows the daily change is -2/32, but clearly, ZB is up a lot for the day. It should show daily change around 1 10/32. Looks like the chart is showing change from sometime late afternoon (not sure exactly when). What setting do I need to change to make this happen? Thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-04-25 19:40:36

Support, can you please tell us how that daily change values are calculated? It's kinda important for many things including pairs trading. Thanks
