I can get crude oil and natty gas but this is what happens when I call up RBOB what am i doing wrong?

That particular symbol has very low trading. ok thanks, it was for a friend. Now I am wanting to trade crude which is Nymex and gold which is Comex. Am I going to need 2 need data exchanges? Isn't there a one price for everything???
