Changing tick size in DOM

Hello, I am trading Bitcoin, and therefore the tick size of 1 is inappropriate as the price moves very fast. I have set tick size to 10 on DOM, which worked for the Bid/Ask prices, however Bot and Sold volumes are still shown at tick size 1 and get overlayed, making it impossible to see the volumes. I have seen this issue on a separate thread, however could not understand the instructions how to fix this specific issue as there was no clear references where to find the parameters that needed changing. Please find an image attached that shows the clustered Bot/Sold volumes that I need to be set to tick size 10 in line with Bid/Ask volumes. There is not an option for the Recent or Current columns to consolidate the data together. It is something we have been working on, and it is important to us, but other items have been keeping us busy, so we can not say when we will get it done.
