The last version of Sierra Chard working for me is 2392.

Good morning.
I have an issue with Sierra Chart higher than 2392. 2392 is the latest version that works for me properly. I use AMP / CQG data with package 10 and Denali. According to message after 30.04 I have to use version 2458 or higher. Please help me because in my case any higher version of platform than 2392 does not work with live data.

Hi.
Now the change of the data to Teton is working however my data are 10 minutes late. How to resove this problem.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
