Hi, I set a max loss of -800 on my account, it has locked me out and on the status on the global profit/loss manageent it says 'positions flattened for today because daily loss met...' I checked and it is for the correct trade account number. I selected lock after positions flattened, i put 120 minutes, I selected flatten postioins when loss rules met, and put loss trigger value -800.00. but i check my trade account monitor and it say only -224 daily loss, which looks right to me based on my trading, also says daily loss is not reached, it is not under margine, is not under minimum NLV, so I have no idea why it has locked me out, any guesses?? |

The only thing we can think of is that the Profit/Loss Management is in currency and you may be viewing the Daily Profit/Loss in Points or Ticks.

So the issue seems to be that because I'm showing ES charts and DOM but trading MES on them, the chart stats tab is calculating based on the minis and not the micros, and the global risk management is basing off that. Not sure how to solve it so that the chart stats tab calculates based on micros yet though. I guess i could change the multiplier for ES on symbol settings, but i don't really want to do that as sometimes I trade ES, unless you know another solution off the top of your heads? Otherwise I'll have to keep tinkering about

When you are using the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" that is a different product, then you need to update the "Currency Value per Tick" to the actual traded product.
