If I put on a trade at home and leave it open, then go to work and run a different instance of Sierra on my work laptop, how do I manage the position?

You will want to connect your other computer to the same Trading service. Looks like you are using Teton order routing. Make sure Trade Simulation Mode is disabled: Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes You will see all of your orders and positions and simply can manage them as you would from your home computer. You will want to disconnect your home computer from the data feed with File >> Disconnect to allow you to access the real-time data on your other computer. OK thanks! So I will be able to see my positions from my work laptop just like they were on my home PC when I placed them, as long as I disconnect my home PC from dat feed? Just want to make sure I understand live trade management from multiple locations because I don't think I can test it with sim.

as long as I disconnect my home PC from dat feed? With Teton order routing you do not have to do this in order to see your trading data in other installations of Sierra Chart. However, you do have to do this in order to receive the real time data because of exchange controls. If you do forget to disconnect, you just follow the instructions here to use delayed data: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Using Delayed Market Data Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
