Hello, I have set up 2 volume profiles studies on a chart, 1 for globex session and 1 for cash session. The globex session one is set to Volume Graph Period Type=Trading Day Start Time to End - Reset at Day Session The cash session one is set to Volume Graph Period Type=From Start Time To End Start Time=14:20:00 End Time=22.59.59 The issue I have is that the cash session volume profile is displayed before the Start Time (14:20:00) that I have specified and stays anchored to each new candle until it stops "sliding" at the 14:20 candle and stays there until the end of the session. How do I get the cash session volume profile to only appear at 14:20:00 until the end of the session? Chart session times are: Session Start Time=00:00:00 Session End Time=23:59:59 Use Evening Session=No |

The problem with the Cash Session is that you have the Graph Period Type set to "From Start Time to End", which means it is not using the End Time, it is going to the End of the chart, then it will reset when the Start Time comes around again. If you want a single profile from 14:20:00 to 22:59:59 then use a Graph Period Type of "One Period from Start Time to End Time". If you want multiple profiles displayed for each day within that time range, then use a Graph Period Type of "Multiple Profiles from Start Time to End Time". Hello John, Thank you for your input, I have made the changes you've suggested (One Period from Start Time to End Time) but I still get the same behavior, tested with the replay feature. |

The closest you can get is to use the Volume Graph Period Type: From Session Start Time to End.Otherwise, what you are looking for is just not supported at all and will not be added. Actually thinking about this some more, what you probably want to use is what is described here: Volume By Price Study: Displaying Separate Profiles for Day and Evening Sessions If for some reason that is not what you want, then what you want is just not supported. when a VbP start index is greater than sc.Index (something happens in the future), it always display the values of last bar (Bar Profile of last bar). If you know how to code with ACSIL, you would be able to hide day session VbP until 14:20, side note: if you live in Europe, you will have to change the session start time couple times in a year, since the day light schedule is different than Chicago.
