Would appreciate if the attached files can be made compatible to the latest version so that they can be opened. Thank You |

The instructions to do this are at the following link: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks. Prior to opening this new thread I saw this mentioned in: My chartbook does not work, need to convert it Help The document mentions the following: <<QUOTE>> Therefore, if you want to open a Chartbook saved more than two years ago in a version before 2364, means that you first need to roll back to version 2363 following the Full Control Rollback Procedure. Open the Chartbook in version 2363. Save the Chartbook in version 2363. Some older Chartbooks need to be opened in version 2204 and saved in 2204 in order to properly access all of the charts within the Chartbook. Once this is done, the Chartbook can be opened in newer versions including 2364 and higher. <<QUOTE>> Based on the above referred information looks like it needs multiple attempts if the version on which the chart was created is "not known". Is there a way to determine what version to rollback to either from the file(s) that need conversion or otherwise? or Will it work if the rollback is done to a version older than the version on which the chart was created? (as I do not know the version on which it was created) Thank You |

The easiest thing to do is to start on version 2204. Rollback to that version, open the chartbooks and save them. Then "update" to release 2363, and open the chartbooks and save them. Then "update" to the current release and you will be good.
