Problem: I get the following error message “Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed” and "Real-time market data only supported with sierra chart data feed for symbol ....XGM23 or EXM23 " -- Background: I subscribe to IQFeed’s EUREX data feed and I know I have correctly connected to IQFeed , in sierra chart i have the package 11 . --- How I get the error message: I click File->Find Symbol I select Futures - EUREX BLM23 for example or another XGM23 for another example I select “Open Intraday Chart” A Chartbook opens with a black screen At the bottom it says BLM23 Min #1 --- What I want Real time intraday chart for EUREX data from IQFeed |

Sierra Chart does not support EUREX data from IQ Feed any longer. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for that.
