Since April 1, I have no access to futures quotes. The last ones are from March 31. I have paid access to quotes, I can't use it. I have contract rollover turned on. I can't fulfill any orders. How do I enable quotes or get a refund for quotes that are not available? |

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".
