After looking at the help section, I am still not clear as to what "Bid and Ask values that are not associated with a trade" really means. The help section states "Enable this option to display Quote records whenever there are changes with bid and ask data." What exactly does the statement whenever there are changes with bid and ask data mean? At the risk of being simplistic, bid and ask data is changing every second... so that is what I don't understand. I would appreciate any feedback with detailed explanation. Thanks!!!!
