Losing CME real-time data

Hi all,
I had all going on my account and suddenly I lost realtime data on CME only. I send attached a view of message log and activated service if needed. EUREX still working.

The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

Perfect thanks,

I have my AMP account and I'm doing a tryout for a prop firm. Seems like my tryout connection doesn't work for this.

I will try with my AMP account. I have my credentials but can't connect in Sierra Chart with it. AMP gives me credentials for : CQG (No Data - Order Routing Only)

I have made an additional Live Trading Setup Requests to AMP.Let's see if this wa the missing piece?

The thing is I've been using CME more than 1 month without any problem sso why today? Did I actually connect an account already?

You definitely should be getting real-time data based upon what we see on your Sierra Chart account.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I have made a connexion with my CQG credentials from my broker. now when I go to Activate Services --> Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional)--> Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX]

And the status of the account under Verify Trading Account is :
Verified Till: 2023-05-13

This thing changed and it solved my delay!
