AMP switched me to Teton. I followed the setup instructions. I signed the new agreement. But I'm getting the error: 1. No trade accounts assigned 2. Secondary instance is not allowing connections to this server (every now and then) What's my next step? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-04-12 14:09:42

Make sure you have the correct FCM selected in your Data/Trade Service Settings. If that is correct, then you need to ask your broker about the setup for your account and whether it is all completed or not, as the error you are getting is stating that it is not fully setup yet.

Yes, I have that set to AMP. I talked to someone from SC a short time ago and they told me the same thing. Sent an email to AMP asking them to look into this. |
