Dear sir/ Madam Due to some technical issues with my Laptop, I had to reinstall Windows. During this process I lost all my files. I downloaded Sierra Chart with the latest Version 2491, but this Version is confusing to me. I am very comfortable with Old VERSION 2364. Can you please send me a link to download Version 2364. We highly recommend getting used to the new release, as you will eventually need to be on the current release. You should really keep up with the releases by updating every few weeks or once a month or so. Dear Mr. John I really appreciate your quick response to my email request. I rolled back the Sierra version but was unable to get the Live Feed for US Stocks. So I installed the latest version 2491. But I don't have the US STOCKS LIVE DATA FEED. The Stock has the NQTV suffix. Can you please help me with the settings on the latest Version 2491. Awaiting a quick response. |

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting the real-time data for stocks from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Regarding post #5, you should be receiving delayed data. That is all you will get for NASDAQ TotalView symbols since you do not have the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active. I am also not getting real time data. I am using NQTV. Dear Mr.John I have an issue with only a couple of Stock Symbols SPY and IWM with regards to the timing of Candle open. The Settings are as follows. Session Start Time : 09:30:00 Session End Time : 09:29:59 Time Zone :New York Time Frame : 5 mins The issue here is after 4.30 am the next Candle opens directly at 10.00 am EST. Between that time there are no candles at all. What changes should I make in the Settings.? Will reinstalling Sierra Chart work.? Hoping for a quick reply. thanks. robin. |
