I have a situation with live traading:

1. I have an open sell order executed as per chart ( visually, correctly).
2. 'Trade Orders' window shows a sell order filled ( correctly)
3. 'Trade Positions' show the postion (correctly)
4. 'Service Log' refuses to show any entry no matter I refresh / select buttons.
5. 'Trade Service Log' - Most Important: shows repeated entries:
HTTP error sending order fills. Response: ERROR: Unauthorized IP | HTTP status: Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200. | 2023-04-11 06:42:36.335 *
Sending 1 order fills to server. First fill date-time UTC: 2023-04-11 11:06:31. Last fill date-time UTC: 2023-04-11 11:06:31 | 2023-04-11 06:42:45.785

I was able to get the 'Trade Activity Log' show data correctly. The only issue is the repeated messages in 'Trade Servie Log'.

Thanks, I tried restaring sierra and windows, the situation remains the same.

1. Disable this option or set it to No (the option may not exist in your version):
Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server.

2. Exit from Sierra Chart

3. Delete this file: /TradeActivityLogs/OrderFillsToSend.data from within the Sierra Chart installation folder, if the file exists. This step is unnecessary if the Send Order Fills to SC Web Server option does not exist in your version.

4. Start Sierra Chart it again.

The cause of the issue was a misconfiguration, of login data that Sierra Chart received last week which was promptly corrected.
