Hello,

I trade evaluation accounts for APEX and SC suddenly stopped working. The Rithmic account is active as I can still execute orders via its app. Please find screenshot with the error message. Thanks in advance.

thanks for the quick responce. Just tried downloading current version but without success. The same error appears on the prerelease version as well. Picture attached

Looks like a network firewall in your system is blocking the connection. Try updating using the installer from here:
