This is the beginning of AMP supporting Teton Order Routing more broadly, they need the time for testing that they need.

Your options are to:
(1) ask AMP to be put back onto the CQG WebAPI while you wait for them to complete their work.

or (2) connect to [SC Data / All Services] and trade in simulation until AMP are ready.

If anyone is successful getting AMP to switch you to Teton, and you are up and running again using Teton for routing, please post here and let me know how many days it took for them to complete your setup.

I submitted my change request 24 hours ago, and no one at AMP support has responded to multiple messages asking them for a time estimate.

I've applied for SC Teton order routing setup and have received today reply from AMP Support team, that they do not have timetable ready yet as of when they will start to implement this solution.

As per AMP CS advice I have switched back to SC + Denali real data + CQG routing only setup.

But it is quite weird that this option is being communicated on SC support page as available or even more strange that AMP has this option listed in drop down menu at Trade desk setup page.

A short time ago, I sent AMP another message and I just got a reply.

It looks like the Teton will be available tomorrow

I just got confirmation that a Risk setting that we were waiting for will be updated tonight after the close

we will be able to begin setting up the new users - tomorrow 4/14

Applied for Teton order routing this morning via their web application. They have acknowledged it and it is now pending. Wonder if they will enable them today?

Spoke to a Cisco at AMP support. Seemed very helpful. He explained the situation as follows:

hello, they are starting to work on them today , management was waiting for a security risk setting to proceed with setting Teton up. I am guessing within the net few days , they will be working on them over the weekend also . If you do not see anything today you can send an email to trading@ampclearing.com for an update

We do not believe AMP will be doing anything in regards to this for probably another week, based upon things that they have requested and their time to add support for them and test. Could even be more than a week.

It is unbelievable how badly AMP has screwed this up, and they are continuing to make matters worse by not keeping people informed.

I have asked them to reinstate my CQG routing credentials, but they'll probably just ignore my request.

My Sierra - Teton setup had been implemented as of last night. It takes more time to set it up than CQG (24h due totechnical requirements) yet the AMP team delivered what was requested.

Mine has been setup now. For reference here was the timeline:

- Initial request was submitted on Friday 4/14 after 4PM Central
- Teton request was completed on 4/18
- Teton enabled for trading on 4/19

So if you want to make the switch just plan ahead and assume it may take a few days where you will not be able to trade. I would imagine as they get things worked out it may not take as long. My request was submitted when I think they were still working out some issues.

24 hours setup change from CQG to Teton.
Note to the unsuspected SC users w/ AMP: Don't ever use AMP chat to solve your problems. The chat agents are all local low cost imported from some dying planets so their brain don't work too well. Use this trading desk #312-893-6400.
