I am repeatedly getting in the Trade Service Log an "Unauthorized IP address" error message. Connection and trading are working. The message just keep popping up.

Disable this option: Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server. And then update to the current release using these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update If you are already on the current release, then exit from Sierra Chart and restart it. After this, you should be fine. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you. I have CQG data and I guess that won’t work after the update. Is the update necessary or step 1 enough?

Step 1 and restarting Sierra Chart might do it. I do not know for sure.

It didn’t work. Disabled that option, restarted, error message continues. So basically I can no longer use CQG data so eliminate this problem? Where did this issues come from? Didn’t change anything, didn’t update?

We apologize for this. This will solve it in your case: 1. Exit from Sierra Chart 2. Delete this file: /TradeActivityLogs/OrderFillsToSend.data from within the Sierra Chart installation folder. 3. The first item in the instructions is to turn off "Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server". If you do this, you should be fine. Make sure this is disabled/set to "no".

Hi John, that option is not available in version 2387 I think. I don't see it. |

Follow through the instructions here:
2023-04-11: Technical Notice and New NASDAQ Global Indexes Data Feed! | Post: 344121 Thanks, but I still keep getting the error. 1. Disable this option or set it to No (the option may not exist in your version):
Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server. This disable option is not available to me in version 2387 2. Exit from Sierra Chart
3. Delete this file: /TradeActivityLogs/OrderFillsToSend.data from within the Sierra Chart installation folder, if the file exists. This step is unnecessary if the Send Order Fills to SC Web Server option does not exist in your version. 4. Start Sierra Chart it again. I have completed steps 2,3 and 4. I'm still getting the error :) Is there anything else I'm supposed to do. |

The option for "Trade >> General Trade Settings >> General >> Send Order Fills to SC Web Server" is present in version 2387. Make sure you change this to "No".

That fixed it! Thanks a ton John, it was my fault! I did not click the General tab, I assumed that the default tab was General and for some reason, it was not. I apologize for the many posts and thanks for all of your patience.
