Dom Replay Not Working

During replay mode, my Dom is not replaying and is only displaying the number 1. I've read several previous support tickets post with similar issues, but I am not having any luck with rectifying the issue. I can see in my SierraChart, Data, MarketDepthData folder that there are many days without sufficient data. I've tried numerous times to download the data and I am running the market-depth historical graph study as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Go through the items specified at the following link: Replaying Charts: Replaying Trade DOM Windows And if that does not resolve it, then go through the items at this link: Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data With regards to the last item, make sure you have the Market Depth for the particular time frame by looking at the Market Depth Historical Graph. Also, make sure that you have all the options setup as you need them to get the Historical Market Depth data.
