Hello, I've just habitually renewed, and was allowed to renew, Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols. Then I tried to activate the exchange (the $10.50 charge) and it said it is no longer available. Is it possible to cancel and issue a refund/credit for the "Sierra Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection)" to my account? I'll have to figure out how to get the data for US equities now. |

We have refunded the $24.00 payment for the first connection fee for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, back to your Service Surplus. In order to get the U.S. Equities data, you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. You will find the Setup Instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* And refer to the notes for the NASDAQ TotalView here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes Also be aware that we will be having the full consolidated tape for the NASDAQ TotalView within the next week or two. I just added Denali Exchange and NASDAQ TotalView. Just to clarify, so right now, I am not able to see full volume from other exchanges, but only the volume that is done on NASDAQ? Correct? When the full consolidated tape for the NASDAQ TotalView becomes available, do I have to do anything to sign up or change? I really need full volume, or at least as close to it as possible, for my trading system as it is mostly based on Cumulative Delta (CD) :|. If CD is all I use, should I just not use the Denali exchange until full consolidated tape for the NASDAQ TotalView is available? How will I be notified that full tape is available? I would appreciate your help with this. I think I ran into this issue last year and had to go back to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Thank you so much! Correct. When the full consolidated tape for the NASDAQ TotalView becomes available, do I have to do anything to sign up or change?
We are not certain at this time, but the information will be posted at the following link prior to the changeover: Discontinuing of Old Sierra Chart/Barchart Exchange Data Feed | Replacement Data Feeds! This is something you need to decide for yourself. How will I be notified that full tape is available?
We do not have all the information on whether we will be sending messages to those already on the NASDAQ TotalView or not, but again, refer to the link to the Support Board posting above for any updated information. Hello, sorry to be annoying but was just wondering what is the ETA on the full consolidated tape for the NASDAQ TotalView. It's becoming an issue with these low volume days.

The Consolidated Tape is now available. It is a separate exchange option. Note that it only has data for the NASDAQ at the moment, although we are hoping to have the NYSE data within a few days. Also, it does not have Market Depth data. David Braithwaite: Your account was already set to not renew. You do have 24 days of Usage Time remaining. After January 27, 2024 your account will automatically be put in an "expired" state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
