Hi, The Market Depth Historical Graph study only appears from the time I am connected. When I am disconnected, the parts are missing. I have gone through the steps 5 to 10 here Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data But the study is not shown for the time when I am not connected. Could you help me on this? Thanks! |

You are using CQG data, so this would be related to that. We can not help with what you get from CQG data. And you can not download historical market depth data from CQG - that feature only works with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We highly recommend changing to our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The cost will be same as what you pay now for data, and you can update your Sierra Chart to keep up with changes/improvements that are occurring.
