When opening the platform and chartbook it happens quite often that the order of the chart tabs changes. Can I prevent this and have a fixed order?

This should not occur.

How many charts do you have where you see this occur?

7 charts and a spreadsheet. It is not always. I will watch it and make screenshots.

Additional... A daily "bug". After opening the platform and "automatically" open the chartbooks. Only the left Cht is affected (see image#1). No chart header and the symbol text -that is placed at 100- is also not completely visible. To fix the "bug" I have to minimize each time the working space and then everything is fine (image#2).

If the chart Windows do not get positioned as you previously saved them when a Chartbook is opened, this is going to be an operating system level issue. We confirmed this again now that this is an operating system issue.

Thanks for the quick reply. What does that mean for me now, when you refer to the operating system. Where could be the problem?

It means that it is related to how Windows handles these things, there is not something you can do.

We are continuing to work on removing as much dependency on Microsoft Windows as we can in order to alleviate these kind of issues. You will just have to give us time to get this all done.
