No data in Time and Sales or Market Depth (Nasdaq Live Data & IBKR Trading setup)

Hi,

I can't seem to get any data in the Time and Sales Window or a DOM.

I have access to Nasdaq Live Data Feed via Denali (I have the "M" showing on my charts). But if I open a Time and Sales window or Market Depth window from the Chart menu or File menu, they are always empty. I can't seem to find a way to get data in it...

Can you please help?

Hi,

The symbol e.g. is META-NQTV (And I use "META-CFD-SMART-USD" as an Trade and Current Quote Symbol)

In my Data/Trade settings, I use "Interactive brokers [trading]" in the Current Selected Service List.
And "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is "Yes".

I looks like the chart is updating real time (1min chart), but it outside market hours atm. But the chart is showing "META-NQTV [M]/META-CFD-SMART-USD".

We definitively cannot help with this when you are using Interactive Brokers data:
"META-CFD-SMART-USD"

Which will affect the time and sales and market depth.

There is a setting called Use As Trade Only Symbol in the Chart Settings. Set that to Yes.

Hi,

That did the trick, because indeed I only want to use IBKR for trading, not for any data...

So changing "Use as Trade Only Symbol" solved the issue. Thank you very much...
