Despite making payment of $125 for account upgrading, I still cannot access the charts.
Moreover, wen accessing the account manager, I get a 404 response.
Please advise by return if there is anything I have to do to solve the issue.

Your account is in good standing and you are setup for Package 3 for 6 months.
