Hello, I have problem with connection to rithmic. I already wrote them and they confirmed everything they can check works good. So problem is not on their side. Some facts/possible problems: I have two different computers with Sierra chart application (but only one sierra chart account). The first computer is joined to one Apex account and everything works. When I did the same on second computer with different Apex account there appeard error: permision denied. Please what can be a problem? How can I solve this? |
