Hello, Can anyone help me get this working, I have two problems: 1. The price is delays by 15 min (I have the real time package NASDAQ US stock data 16.00 USD / month) 2. It only updates on the chart if I disconnect and reconnect but it's not real time...I need to do that every minute to get a new print on the chart. Yeah, same problem here. To make matters worse the Sierra Chart data feed with US Equities exchange is no longer available so equities traders getting screwed at the moment!

Also, make sure you're using the stock symbol-NQTV. So if you are trading Apple it would be AAPL-NQTV. See if that gets your real-time data up and running.

It works now when adding the -NQTV...thank you for your help. (did not see that in the documentation or the FAQ).

We can probably release the new replacement data feed out in about a week from now: Yeah, same problem here. To make matters worse the Sierra Chart data feed with US Equities exchange is no longer available so equities traders getting screwed at the moment!

I had it active in March but forgot to add funds to my account for auto renew....so I don't see it available now? Can you switch me back to Sierra data feed + US Equities and remove the NASDAQ TotalView feed from my account?

We do apologize, but we can not reactivate the U.S. Equities exchange at this time. You will just have to wait for the consolidated tape for the NASDAQ TotalView in about a week or so.

You said this on another post that's why I asked....is this not the case? "During this month, we will be making the consolidated tape available with the NASDAQ TotalView data. If you are wanting the U.S. Equities exchange that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, then we will have to activate that for you. Please let us know for sure." |
