I moved my sierracharts folder to a new SSD yesterday, and at CME open today there's some sort of data refresh issue, where if i move to the next chart in the chartbook (same ticker), i have to keep dragging the chart to the right to re-update the data that was already downloaded. This is another graphic issue I've noticed for a while now, but i'm unsure what's causing it, you'll see in the gif the flashing white border. Any ideas?

We will not look at those screenshots. They do not display for us and we do not look at off-site screenshots.

Refer to help topic 3:

If you still have an issue, provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

Is there a way to record the screen and upload to you guys safely? Because it's something that happens dynamically while moving the UI

If the chart is scrolling back, refer to:
Working With Charts: Automatic Scrolling as New Bars are Added

If you see the part of the chart window which includes the title bar or border flashing, that is going to be an operating system issue. It is not within Sierra Chart's control.

You can use some screen recording software and just attach the recording as an attachment:

regarding the first issue:

the chart isn't scrolling back, the data doesn't show up as fully plotted in the candles and i have to drag the chart to the more current time for the candles to show up even tho there is plenty of blank space from the middle to the right side of the chart

I'll be testing your suggestion now though, with the scrolling back, and see how it goes throughout the day. Thanks
