Sierra Chart frequently crashing to desktop when typing in start date for replay

I am experiencing frequent crashing to desktop, when typing into the `Start Date` field in the `Replay Control Window`.

Steps to replicate:

- Open `Replay Chart (Control Window)`
- Select `Use Start Date-Time`
- Note: The `Date (YYYY/MM/DD)` field is currently blank at this point
- Type a number into the `Date (YYYY/MM/DD)` field -> Sierra Chart crashes to desktop

This does not happen every time, but it has happened around 15 times in the last 1-2 months (I have 15 crash reports).

Do crash reports contain personal information, or is it safe to attach them here?

This is really going to be an operating system issue. There has never been any known problem like this with that control.

There is no interaction with Sierra Chart as you are typing into that edit control.


We did look at the code and we can identify no problem and that is not reproducible. We are quite certain this is an operating system issue on your side.

Could there be any connection to the studies I'm using?

I did also have `Trading Keyboard Shortcuts` for `Order Quantity Button 1 to 6` assigned as "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6"? (I've now changed this just in case)

We tested using a number 2 assigned to the Order Quantity Button 2 and enabled trading keyboard shortcuts on the chart and still could not reproduce any problem.

Update: I unassigned the Order Quantity keyboard shortcut. And it just happened again. So I can also confirm it's not to do with that.

I have a suspicion it might be something to do with one of my new studies (programming them myself), they're only simple, but that's the only major change I've made recently. I will try removing them for some time, and see if it reoccurs.
