I recently made a payment for what I thought was the 6 months of the Base Advanced 5 subscription. My account still says Trial and that has expired so I am unable to load active charts. If I incorrectly selected something I need a refund of payment so I can then purchase the correct plan.

Everything seems to be working now. Before I wasn’t able to connect and see price movement on the charts, but seems to be fixed now.Thank you.
