I am flattening or closing the position for the primary account, but all the child accounts are not getting flattened or closed or cancelled.
Any known issues with trading multiple accounts using "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" feature.

Today is the 2nd time I am seeing such issue. I trade Apex evaluation and Performance accounts with 10 accounts all together. Please advise.

Yes issues like this certainly can and definitely do happen. There are two basic reasons why it happens, the orders are rejected in the other accounts they have been allocated to, or when using limit orders they do not fill or fill at a different time or at a different quantity.

You need to monitor through Trade >> Trade Positions Window, these other accounts and take any actions as necessary on them to ensure the positions are correct.

Even if the order allocation feature were changed to maintain identical positions in another account, still orders can be rejected and there is no assurance that the positions would be correct.
