Are you getting the exact same error, or something else? Also, it looks like you are trying to to open a chart for HSIF23, but the F contract is expired. If you are explicitly trying to open this, then that is fine, but if you want the front contract, it is currently the H contract. Same error, data disconnect, blah blah, a bunch of us were getting it. I restarted and it seems to have resolved now.
