Different Tick Charts Show Equal Bars Data on CQG

I have several vastly different tick charts that I reference (1450, 4000, 8000), and I have noticed that once I open my charts in the morning, all of the charts look completely alike and will have printed the same exact and equal number of bars across all 3 tick ranges up until that point. Once my charts are open, they will then start correctly printing the number of trades for each bar that is printed thereafter. Is there any fix for this? I would like to see the correct number of bars on each chart at any given time and to be able to back reference what had gone on previously, not for it to start doing it correctly after I open my charts.

Someone else recently posted that they were getting 5 minute data with the overnight session with CQG data. Are you perhaps seeing something similar, where you are not getting 1-tick data until the regular trading hours opening? If so, then this would be an issue with the CQG data.

Even if it is not exactly this, it still sounds like there is something about the data that you are getting from CQG that is causing the issue.

The best solution would be to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Refer to the information here:

You could test this using the Delayed Streaming Data, which would be available when you set your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services and then seeing how things work in the morning. If you do not want to interrupt your standard trading, then you would do this by installing a second Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
