Connect problem

Hi, I just updated to latest version 1148. Now I can't connect to data provider open e cry. Double checked firewall and allowed sierra and GSSP bridge, than restart pc. But it can connect to sierra historical data, but not for open e cry. What I supposed to do now ?

Therefore, select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and confirm the Server, Username and Password are correct. Contact OEC and get all of these specific details and set them again. One of them is not correct. Either that or the OEC server is disconnecting you for unknown reasons. In which case OEC will have to help you.
