Issue connecting SC to IB

Hi, I'm trying to connect SC to IB but getting connection error. I followed the instructions here Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

I'm not sure what I'm missing. I have attached screenshots. Kindly, please advise.

You did not add a trusted IP address. You need to add 127.0.0.1 to this list:

I added the IP address but still get the same error.

On the TWS software, did you go to the "Precautions" section and enable "Bypass Order Precautions for API Orders" (Steps 10 and 11 of the setup instructions)?

Otherwise, we do not know what this might be.

Have you tried rebooting the computer and ensuring the TWS software is running when you start Sierra Chart?
