Text to speech Alert Generator not generating my alerts

I generated alerts about 2 weeks ago and they appeared in the "generated Alerts" to be downloaded. Yesterday and today I wanted to generate some more, I got charged, but they don't appear in generated Alerts. Could you help me with that please? Thank you.

We have refunded the $2.00 you were charged for the Text to Speech options from yesterday and today that did not generate. We tried the process ourselves and we see that something is not working. We will need to look into it and will let you know when it is working again.
