cant get crpto symbols

im looking to view crypyo data (does not need to be live). I can not add the symbols because my "get symbols" option wont work, im currently using the base model, do i need advanced or integrated models to access these feeds, or is the problem something else?

You should be able to get the Crypto data. Make sure you open the section for the particular exchange you want (for example, Binance) and then select the option under it that states "(Get Binance Symbols)". Then select the button towards the bottom left that states "Get Symbols". You may need to wait a few seconds, but the window should come up with the list of symbols. If you do not see the symbol list then select Window >> Reset Windows and then try again and see if it comes up as you expect.
