Hi there, Using the provided link received via email (doriann@live.ca) I unsuccessfully to activate services after receiving 2 free weeks' trial. To my surprise after selecting option #5 Base Advanced $172 USD / 6 mo. and pressing Update/Set, the system refreshes and returns to the same screen asking again an again to select the services. Since you are activating from a trial account you need to first add credit to your account: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit There needs to be at least 10 USD on the account but we recommend adding what you require to pay for the service package you are activating and the amount of time.
