Hi, I am pretty sure I have checked every single MBO related settings several times, and I dont think I've left anything uncovered(?) in screenshots. I'm doing a study in Excel using an RTD connector and using 100 levels to do this as I was casting a wide net on the data, so this could be a problem, I kind of doubt that SC cant handle the data though. The chart screenshot is has some kind of error as well, and having double checked everything again, dis/reconnecting, deleting and redownloading etc doesnt fix it. There is also this odd green out on the MBO-BID column. The only thing I havent done is rebuild the chart. Any help welcome, I recently purchased the Level 12 package to make sure I got everything available regarding MBO as well. Thanks |

The reason you are not seeing any MBO data is because you set the Minimum Market by Order Quantity in your Symbol Settings to 100. Therefore, you would only see Limit orders that are of a value greater than 100, which is not often (maybe never) on the ES. You should set this to 0 to start so you see everything from 3 and up (we do not send the 1's and 2's). You can then start filtering from there. With regards to the color of the background of the MBO Bid, it got enabled somehow. The particular graphics setting is Chart DOM Bid Market Orders Background. You just need to deselect the option for Enabled for that setting to turn it off. Also, we want to make sure that you are aware that you are using the Delayed Streaming data. You do not have any exchanges setup for real-time data. This also means that you will not be able to see MBO, or any Market Depth data for the U.S. Stocks with the delayed NASDAQ TotalView data, as that exchange does not allow the market depth unless it is paid for.
