You are going to need to get your own subscription to historical market data. Please use the Barchart Data Service:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/Barchart.com.php

We cannot provide this large amount of historical data on your Sierra Chart package at the price being paid.

Ok... Didn´t see that information anywhere.
Is this limitation documented anywhere? Would i be able to accomplish my needs with an account on IB?

Can´t i download/Open charts anymore?
Will i be blocked to download chart data from today?

Tnanks

You will be able to access more historical data tomorrow.

Interactive Brokers has significantly more Data restrictions. Don't even bother trying with Interactive Brokers.

Is this limitation by day period? What´s the limit of downloads of data per day?
This limitation is for the amount of data downloaded or by the number of charts Open/Downloaded?

Can´t find it anywhere in your documentation or in the information of the subscription.

Thanks for the help.

The limitation is 1000 downloads per day.

Also if you subscribe directly to the Barchart Data Service, you only need the Index data package for 20 USD per month assuming you just need Historical Daily charts.

What timezone determines the start / end of a new day for the 1000 download per day limit?
