I renewed my intermediate subscription a few days ago and my charts have fully refused to dowload any additional data after 17th kindly assist i have spent two days trying to figure out what could be the problem with no success

Also, the major instruments on the CME Group rolled over last Friday, so if you are still looking at charts for the H Contract for the ES (for example) then you will want to update them to the M contract. The easiest way to do this is to select Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover. Refer to the following:
